President

The Company is seeking a President to lead an established manufacturer and distributor of packaging products. The role owns business strategy, operations, and full P&L performance while leading an experienced employee-owner team. Responsibilities include growing revenue through customer development, marketing, and new product opportunities; strengthening operational processes and performance metrics; and managing expenses, capital decisions, and growth initiatives. The President will maintain continuity during an ownership transition, oversee personnel matters, and build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, employees, and the local community. Candidates should bring hands-on leadership experience in manufacturing, converting, or industrial distribution, along with a record of P&L ownership or significant financial responsibility. Required strengths include B2B sales and account growth, pricing and cost control, production operations, supplier relationships, and raw-material cost management; experience in packaging, plastics, or a related sector is preferred. The role also calls for strong analytical, project-management, communication, and people-leadership skills, with a collaborative, low-ego, entrepreneurial approach. Candidates should be comfortable setting measurable goals, solving problems, and pursuing sustainable growth.
