The Company is seeking a President to lead its new professional sports franchise in Salt Lake City. This executive will lead the creation and execution of the annual business plan, driving growth in various key performance indicators, and will be tasked with building and scaling the franchise, establishing its presence, and ensuring long-term commercial success. The role demands a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and strategic leader with a proven track record in consumer-facing sports, entertainment, or media businesses, particularly in the areas of revenue growth, team building, and creating memorable fan experiences. Applicants for the President position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, with a strong emphasis on consumer-facing sports, media, entertainment, or high-growth consumer brands. The role requires a candidate with deep expertise in modern marketing, digital technology, social media, and e-commerce trends, and a demonstrated ability to significantly increase revenue and scale operations. The ideal candidate will have a community-centric mindset, a passion for engaging local stakeholders, and a proven ability to build lasting fan connections. Strong strategic and financial acumen, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and a relentless drive to deliver results are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred. Connections to the Salt Lake City/Utah market are a plus.
