Vice President of Human Resources Greater Salt Lake City, UT Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to lead a small HR team and provide strategic and day-to-day support in a business-family culture. The role partners with executive leadership to identify and prioritize business challenges and strengthen employee engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing compensation and benefits, recruiting and staffing, HR analytics and reporting, compliance and policies, training and communications, employee relations, and performance management. The successful candidate will guide the team in delivering effective operational HR services while supporting business performance. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience; a master’s degree is preferred. Senior-level SHRM or HRCI accreditation and Spanish-language skills are desirable but not required. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities are important for partnering with executives, managing the HR team, and supporting employees across a range of HR functions.
