The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the day-to-day operations of an assisted living facility. Responsibilities include managing financial performance across departments, recruiting, training, supervising, and evaluating staff, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. The role also oversees resident care quality and satisfaction, while providing operational leadership and responding effectively to challenges. Candidates should have at least 3–5 years of leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care, along with strong knowledge of relevant state regulations. Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and maintain compliance is required. Excellent communication, crisis management, and organizational skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
