The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of the property management business in the assigned regional office. This includes direct, operational management of client assets and staff, as well as the development and training of personnel. The Market Leader will also be tasked with identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to ensure the profitability of the regional office. Essential functions of the role include team management, fostering a positive work environment, and maintaining strong relationships with both external and internal clients. The role requires a professional with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a real estate license, and a minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial property management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
