AI-Native Category Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking an AI-Native Category Chief Executive Officer to take end-to-end ownership of a major business area or product category, building it from the ground up and driving its strategy, execution, and results. Responsibilities span improving operations across fulfillment, customer experience, and supply chains; identifying inefficiencies; and creating AI-enabled systems and workflows. The role also includes sourcing products and suppliers, supporting growth initiatives, and developing financial analyses, forecasts, models, and reporting tools. The successful candidate will tackle high-priority projects, moving fluidly between strategic problem-solving and hands-on execution. Candidates should have at least three years of experience at a leading company, a strong record of career progression, and a degree in engineering, science, mathematics, business, or a related field. Business-trained candidates must demonstrate basic coding skills and technical fluency. The role requires hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, or low-code solutions, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial judgment. Candidates should be comfortable working across operations, growth, and finance, communicate effectively across teams, and show initiative, ambition, and a strong work ethic.
