AI-Native Chief of Staff

The Company is seeking an AI-Native Chief of Staff to tackle high-impact challenges across operations, growth, and finance. The role involves turning ambiguous problems into structured analysis, decisions, and execution, often by building AI-powered systems and workflows. The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of a department or product category, improve operational processes, and develop AI-assisted sourcing, supplier outreach, and negotiation workflows. Responsibilities also include supporting growth initiatives, financial analysis and forecasting, building models and reporting tools, and leading special projects from problem definition through implementation. Candidates should have at least three years of experience at a leading company, a strong record of career progression, and a degree in engineering, science, mathematics, business, or a related field. Business-trained candidates must demonstrate technical fluency and basic coding skills. The role requires hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or low-code solutions, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
