Executive Director, Global Oncology Integrated Insights

The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Global Oncology Integrated Insights to shape strategic decisions across its oncology business and portfolio. The role will integrate market research, analytics, forecasting, and other evidence into clear recommendations spanning portfolio and pipeline strategy, launches, product positioning, lifecycle planning, and business development. The Executive Director will advise senior leaders, build partnerships across functions and global teams, and lead a multidisciplinary team across research, analytics, and forecasting. Responsibilities also include developing talent, fostering an inclusive culture of learning and accountability, and advancing the use of data science, AI, and other methods to improve insight generation and decision-making. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and 14 years of experience, a master’s degree and 12 years, or a PhD and 12 years. They should bring leadership experience across commercial analytics, market research, and forecasting, along with a strong record of developing teams and influencing senior stakeholders. The role requires the ability to frame complex business questions, synthesize evidence into strategic recommendations, and communicate clearly with executive audiences. Preferred qualifications include pharmaceutical commercialization and oncology lifecycle experience, cross-functional leadership, strategic judgment, and experience applying advanced analytics or AI to business decisions.
