Senior Director, Product Management, Applications

The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to set the multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for a portfolio of AI-powered applications. The role leads product commercialization, including pricing, packaging, market positioning, and go-to-market planning, while shaping AI-enabled and omnichannel experiences for customers and service teams. Responsibilities include translating customer and business needs into product workflows and requirements, building executive customer relationships, and balancing priorities across stakeholders. The Senior Director will own release commitments and delivery quality, lead and scale multiple product teams, and track outcomes such as adoption, revenue, satisfaction, operational efficiency, and AI quality. Candidates should have at least 12 years of product management experience, including senior leadership across multiple products or product suites, and at least six years managing people and managers. Required experience includes building enterprise-scale AI, conversational, contact center, CRM, or workflow applications; understanding large language models, AI agents, and methods for evaluating AI quality and safety; and a record of delivering measurable customer and business outcomes. Strong customer discovery, commercialization, pricing, go-to-market, enterprise implementation, and executive influence skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; healthcare or regulated-industry experience and a relevant master’s degree are preferred.
