Senior Director, Product Management, Data Intelligence Platform

The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to own the vision, multi-year strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes for an enterprise data and intelligence platform. The role will guide the platform’s evolution from foundational data services to advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI, while balancing investment priorities and resource needs across product lines. Responsibilities include translating business needs into platform capabilities and requirements, establishing governance and responsible AI practices, and maintaining roadmaps and release plans. The Senior Director will also build and lead a high-performing product organization and report on adoption, data quality, reliability, and delivery outcomes. Candidates should have at least 12 years of product management experience, including senior leadership of platform, data, or enterprise technology products, and at least six years managing people and multiple teams. Required expertise includes enterprise-scale platform strategy, data architecture, APIs, governance, data quality, interoperability, and bringing AI or analytics capabilities into production. Strong business and financial acumen, experience with modern cloud data platforms, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are required. Healthcare payer experience, familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations, responsible AI governance experience, and a relevant master’s degree are preferred.
