The Company is seeking an Associate General Counsel to support sales teams and business units by advising on complex domestic and international customer engagements and commercial transactions. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements; providing practical legal guidance on business goals, customer relationships, and risk; and supporting new initiatives and market opportunities. The role also involves collaborating across legal and operational functions, addressing emerging commercial and compliance issues, and delivering training on key legal topics. Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be an active member of a bar in good standing. At least six years of experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, along with practical knowledge of commercial law across jurisdictions, is required. Applicants should bring experience with quality requirements, agreements, and claims, strong business judgment, integrity, and the ability to build credibility with senior leaders and cross-functional partners. In-house legal experience and familiarity with legal AI tools are preferred.
