The role involves managing engineering budgets, owning the engineering strategy, and leading a large global engineering organization to deliver AI agents that not only answer HR questions but also take action and connect people data to business outcomes. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of engineering leadership experience, with a proven track record in leading large global teams and delivering AI-powered enterprise SaaS products. Strong product sensibility, the ability to partner with CPO-level leadership, and a demonstrated capacity to attract and retain top engineering talent are essential.
