Senior Vice President, SAP SuccessFactors Engineering

The Company is seeking an SVP of Engineering for Autonomous HCM, a pivotal role at the forefront of the AI-driven transformation in human capital management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a global engineering organization to enhance and scale the Autonomous HCM platform, which is already in use by some of the world's largest and most complex organizations. This leadership position demands a visionary who can manage engineering budgets, own the engineering strategy, and drive the delivery of AI-powered capabilities that connect workforce data to business outcomes. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in major technology transitions, deep knowledge of modern AI/ML technologies, and the ability to build and ship AI-native enterprise products at scale. Applicants for the SVP of Engineering role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years of engineering leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading large global teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, LLM-based agent frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise data platforms, and a history of attracting and retaining top engineering talent. The role also demands an exceptional communicator and influencer, capable of representing the company externally and working closely with product and design leadership.
