Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to lead its global finance function and serve as a principal financial advisor to the CEO and leadership team. Responsibilities include setting financial strategy, leading planning and forecasting, overseeing management reporting and performance analysis, and guiding decisions on pricing, investments, costs, and growth. The role also oversees accounting, consolidation, audits, internal controls, cash and working-capital management, tax and regulatory compliance, and financial coordination across international operations. The VP will build and develop a global finance team, strengthen finance systems and processes, and support strategic transactions when needed. Candidates should have at least 18 years of progressive finance experience, including seven or more years in senior finance leadership, and a record of advising CEOs and executive teams. Required expertise includes U.S. GAAP and ASC 606, financial accounting and consolidation, audits, U.S. tax and banking, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and internal controls. Experience managing a U.S. business with international operations, strong commercial and communication skills, and the ability to lead teams across locations are essential. An active U.S. CPA license is preferred; a CA or MBA in Finance is also valued, along with knowledge of international compliance and experience in professional services or technology.
