The Company is seeking a Vice President, Product Delivery Manager for AI/ML Solutions. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of product delivery and crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. This role is pivotal in leading end-to-end product delivery processes, managing dependencies, and liaising with stakeholders. The Program Product Delivery Lead will be responsible for owning the synthesis, planning, and delivery of the organization's program portfolio, bringing together demand, priorities, and delivery context from multiple concurrent programs and stakeholder groups into a single, coherent view. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area, with a proven track record in operational management, change readiness, and continuous improvement processes. The role requires a strong understanding of delivery, experience in product or platform-wide release management, and the ability to lead multiple concurrent programs in a complex, matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services or another regulated environment, and experience with data and AI/ML delivery lifecycles. Excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to influence without direct authority, and clear, concise communication are essential.
