Vice President, Strategy Greater San Jose, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to set long-term strategic direction, define growth priorities, and guide planning and execution across its business. Responsibilities include evaluating investments, partnerships, acquisitions, and portfolio priorities; translating strategy into actionable plans with clear milestones and accountability; and using market and competitive insights to inform decisions. The role will lead high-priority cross-business initiatives, transformation and growth efforts, and the strategy and planning organization. As a strategic partner to senior leadership, the Vice President will shape investment decisions, build alignment, and drive measurable business performance and value creation. Candidates must have experience at a leading strategy consulting firm and deep technology industry knowledge, with networking expertise strongly preferred. They should demonstrate success translating strategy into revenue growth, improved performance, and measurable value, ideally in a large-scale business environment. Experience advising executive teams on transformation, integration, portfolio evolution, or growth acceleration is also required. The role calls for strong analytical, strategic planning, leadership, and cross-functional execution capabilities.
