Vice President, Finance & Transformation

The successful candidate will work closely with the CFO and finance leadership team to redefine the future finance operating model, with a strong focus on integrating AI, automation, and advanced analytics. Key responsibilities include defining a multi-year roadmap for the finance organization, modernizing finance transactions and operations, and shaping the finance workforce of the future. The ideal candidate will be a future CFO-caliber executive, AI-native, and technology-fluent, with a proven track record in leading significant transformation initiatives.
