Vice President, Strategy Greater San Jose, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to define long-term strategic direction, growth priorities, and roadmaps across its business. The role will translate strategy into annual and multi-year plans, align resources and operating objectives, and establish governance and performance measures. Responsibilities include assessing market and competitive dynamics, guiding portfolio and investment decisions, and leading high-priority initiatives involving growth, transformation, and business performance. The Vice President will also advise senior leadership, build alignment on complex decisions, and lead and develop the strategy and planning organization. Candidates must have experience at a leading strategy consulting firm and deep knowledge of the technology industry; networking expertise is strongly preferred. A proven record of translating strategy into revenue growth, improved business performance, and measurable value creation is required. Experience leading strategy in a large-scale business and supporting executive teams through transformation, integration, portfolio evolution, or growth acceleration is also important.
