Vice President, Procurement Strategy Greater Santa Ana, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Procurement Strategy to define and execute its supply chain, strategic sourcing, commodity management, and procurement strategy. The role leads and develops a procurement team, directs sourcing, bidding, and contract management, and optimizes vendor networks, pricing, quality, and service. Responsibilities include managing supplier performance and procurement budgets, identifying cost savings, and establishing audit, compliance, and enterprise risk controls. The Vice President also oversees eProcurement strategy and enhancements, catalog utilization, rebate programs, and alignment with centralized procurement functions. Candidates should have 10 or more years of relevant experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and experience with electronic procurement platforms and strategic sourcing workflows. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an asset. Experience with Google Workspace is also beneficial. The role calls for strategic leadership, financial and spend analysis, vendor management, and the ability to establish measurable performance goals and cross-functional processes.
