Vice President, Latin America

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Latin America to take on a senior executive role with a focus on regional leadership, P&L ownership, and country manager management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic operation in Latin America, leading the regional strategy, and ensuring the execution of commercial, operational, and financial priorities across multiple countries. Key responsibilities include leading the growth of operations, assuming full responsibility for the region's P&L, developing and executing strategic and operational plans, and leading cross-functional teams to promote alignment and high performance. The role also involves defining and executing commercial strategies, building and maintaining relationships with strategic clients and partners, and working with global teams to adapt strategies to the needs of the region. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or postgraduate degree considered a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executive leadership with direct P&L responsibility, significant experience in the Brazilian and Mexican markets, and a background in industrial sectors such as automation, infrastructure, energy, or manufacturing. Experience in multinational and matrix structures, as well as exposure to mergers and acquisitions, is highly valued. The role requires a strategic business vision, strong financial capacity, and the ability to lead and develop high-performance teams. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, with professional Spanish considered an advantage. The candidate should be data-driven, with a focus on commercial excellence, and have the ability to influence stakeholders in global and matrix environments.
