Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to oversee its general business operations, accounting, and financial activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness, and will direct the daily, weekly, and monthly financial operations. This role also involves monitoring the company's A/R reserves, participating in the annual business plan preparation, and working with the CFO on budget analysis and cost control. The VP of Finance will provide strategic financial advice to department managers, direct the company's investment and banking needs, and evaluate the information system requirements for the finance department. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA certification required and an MBA preferred. A minimum of 5 years' accounting experience, particularly in a multi-site community health system, is also necessary.
