Interim Executive Director, Pharmacy

The Company is in search of a Regional Executive Director for Pharmacy Services. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and financially savvy pharmacy executive with a strong background in multi-site operational experience. This role is pivotal in leading across a matrixed health system, unifying diverse pharmacy service lines, and driving both strategic and operational performance. The Executive Director will be responsible for setting and implementing regional clinical and operational pharmacy services, ensuring the highest professional standards of quality pharmacy care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, with a Master's degree or PharmD preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' of pharmacy management experience. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in a director role for pharmacy services, a thorough understanding of pharmacy operations and financial management, and the ability to develop and implement contemporary clinical and operational pharmacy services. Professional and leadership capabilities should include clear communication, team building, problem-solving, and effective change management. The Executive Director will also be responsible for budgeting, human resources, talent development, and succession planning for pharmacy services across the region.
