Associate Vice President, Application Support Senior Analyst, FX Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Application Support Senior Analyst to maintain and support production applications and their operating environments. Responsibilities include resolving application issues, conducting start-of-day checks and continuous monitoring, coordinating regional handovers and risk reconciliations, and improving system stability and efficiency. The role also involves maintaining technical documentation, assessing and escalating production risks, supporting application releases, and partnering with development, infrastructure, and business teams to prioritize fixes and support tools. The analyst will contribute to reliable service delivery while ensuring appropriate controls and compliance. Candidates should have 5–8 years of application support experience, including experience in a production support environment, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Familiarity with SQL, Linux, business application installation and configuration, and problem management tools is required, along with the ability to learn new technologies. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills are important, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The role also requires clear, confident communication and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
