Head of Technical Program Delivery, Network, Telco

The Company is seeking a Head of Technical Program Delivery for Network and Telco. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and a proven track record in team leadership, particularly in managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs within network engineering or operations.
