Head of Technical Program Delivery, Network, Telco

The Company is seeking a Head of Technical Program Delivery for Network and Telco. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex network transformations, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact, enterprise-grade telecommunications and network programs across various workstreams. This role involves senior stakeholder and CTO alignment, where the Head will partner with executives to streamline strategic priorities and drive consensus. Governance and vendor oversight are also key aspects, requiring the establishment of robust program management frameworks and the management of third-party vendors to ensure performance and budget adherence. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field and a proven track record in team leadership, particularly in managing large-scale, cross-functional technical programs within network engineering or operations. The role demands a strong background in working with C-suite and VP-level executives, as well as expertise in business planning, cost optimization, and KPI management. Extensive experience in vendor and partner management, including governing external vendors and contract delivery for high-stakes infrastructure projects, is essential. The Head of Technical Program Delivery will be expected to translate long-term operational vision into actionable transformation strategies and technical roadmaps, and to provide executive insights and reporting based on complex data synthesis.
