Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead its global IT function and digital transformation. The role provides strategic direction for the IT roadmap and thought leadership across software development, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include leading web-based application engineering, managing technology requests from senior business stakeholders, and aligning expectations with business needs. The CIO will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and turn emerging technologies into practical digital solutions. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience managing a sizable team of 30 or more people, including at least eight years leading an IT or technology function. A proven background in software development, particularly .NET, is required; experience with enterprise resource planning systems is an advantage. The role calls for strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and technology leadership skills. A bachelor’s degree is required.
