Executive Director, Data Centre Equity Advisory Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Director for Data Centre Equity Advisory in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the origination and execution of M&A, capital raising, and advisory mandates within the data center sector. This role requires a professional with a minimum of 15 years' experience in real estate investment banking and/or advisory, with a specific focus on capital markets, M&A, and digital infrastructure. The Senior Director will work closely with the regional Capital Markets Data Center team and the Debt Advisory team, serving as a trusted advisor to a range of institutional and corporate clients. Key responsibilities include client and investor communication, deal documentation, marketing, due diligence coordination, and financial modeling oversight. Applicants for this role at the company should have a background in corporate finance or investment banking, and a proven track record in executing large-cap, complex transactions, particularly in the APAC, North America, or EMEA markets. The role demands a deep understanding of real estate investment structures, development products, and transaction mechanics in global contexts, as well as an established network with key industry players.
