Executive Director, Enterprise Data Modelling Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Enterprise Data Modelling. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining a range of enterprise data models, establishing data modelling standards, and leading the migration to a global integrated data model. This role requires a strong focus on business and stakeholder engagement, as well as the ability to influence the adoption of enterprise modelling standards. The Executive Director will also be involved in data architecture and platform alignment, ensuring that data structures meet enterprise architecture principles and long-term scalability needs. Applicants should have a minimum of 12 years' of experience in enterprise data modelling, information architecture, or related roles, with a proven track record in data modelling and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as banking or financial services, is preferred. The role demands a high level of autonomy, the ability to manage competing priorities, and the capacity to influence senior stakeholders. Familiarity with modern data concepts and tools, as well as a working knowledge of SQL and data engineering principles, is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a thought leader in evolving data modelling practices and will be committed to driving continuous improvement in modelling methods and tools.
