Industry Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Manufacturing, Automotive & Energy Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Industry Chief Technology Officer to shape its technology vision for manufacturing, automotive, and energy industries across ASEAN. The role involves advising senior customer leaders on technology investment, enterprise architecture, and transformation, while partnering with sales and technical teams on strategic opportunities. The successful candidate will develop industry perspectives, represent them at executive and industry forums, and translate regional customer needs into recommendations that inform product direction. They will also personally build solutions, demonstrations, and AI prototypes, assess competitive dynamics, and mentor technical teams. Candidates should bring deep knowledge of relevant industry business models, operations, regulations, and ASEAN markets, along with experience guiding large-scale enterprise transformation. They should have a record of building trusted C-level relationships and connecting technology recommendations to measurable business outcomes. Strong hands-on expertise in AI, data platforms, solution architecture, integration, and implementation is required, as is the ability to develop prototypes and evaluate platform trade-offs. The role also calls for product influence, ecosystem collaboration, clear communication, commercial judgment, and an ownership-oriented approach; senior technical or advisory leadership experience is highly valued.
