The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Engineering Lead with a focus on Core Banking Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the design, development, and modernization of mission-critical core banking platforms. This role demands a combination of deep technical expertise and engineering leadership, with a key focus on architecture, solution design, engineering governance, and delivery execution across core banking domains. The Engineering Lead will be at the forefront of leading engineering teams, shaping technology decisions, and driving platform transformation at scale. Key responsibilities for this role include leading the architecture, design, and development of large-scale core banking applications and services, providing technical leadership for solution design and platform modernization initiatives, and driving the adoption of modern engineering practices. The role also involves leading multiple engineering squads, partnering with business and product teams, and ensuring end-to-end delivery accountability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with a focus on core banking or large-scale transaction processing systems, and a proven track record in leading engineering teams. Deep technical skills in Java, Spring Boot, Angular or React, microservices, API architecture, and a strong understanding of distributed systems and core banking domain expertise are essential. The role requires a leader who can drive platform modernization, has strong stakeholder management skills, and is adept at problem-solving.
