Senior Vice President, Technical Development Lead, AML, GMET

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Technical Development Lead for AML Workflow within GMET Shared Platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership, technology direction, and delivery oversight of the AML Workflow Case Management platform. This role involves defining and executing the strategic roadmap in alignment with financial crime compliance and AML program objectives, leading multiple initiatives to meet business and regulatory requirements, and ensuring the platform's availability, security, and scalability. The SVP will also manage all risk, security, and compliance aspects of the AML application portfolio, provide end-to-end accountability for application lifecycle management, and lead a distributed team to drive engineering excellence and best practices. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 12 years' of hands-on experience in enterprise workflow and case management platforms, and a strong background in AML, financial crime compliance, and regulatory reporting. The role requires proven experience in leading large-scale technology teams, managing complex application portfolios, and delivering mission-critical, highly available, and scalable workflow-based applications. Familiarity with modern application architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, and experience with regulators and industry-wide AML initiatives is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders from senior business leaders to external partners.
