Senior Vice President of Facility Operations

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Facility Operations to lead its critical facility operations across a 1.8GW hyperscale portfolio in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the facility operations strategy, organizational design, and budget across the eight-market footprint. This role demands a leader with over 15 years' experience in critical facility or mission-critical infrastructure, including a minimum of 8 years in a leadership role across multiple countries. Key responsibilities include building and leading a tiered in-country leadership team, owning the handover from construction to steady-state operations, and ensuring uptime, safety, and operational readiness. The SVP will also be the senior escalation point for critical incidents, own vendor governance, and lead compliance with various certification and audit standards. Applicants for the SVP of Facility Operations role at the company should have a proven track record in scaling hyperscale customer environments and experience with certification and audit cycles such as ISO 27001, ISO 45001, and PCI DSS. The role requires an individual with deep working knowledge of critical facility systems and the ability to set standards and hold technical escalation authority. The ideal candidate will have an established executive presence, exceptional crisis management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and resilience. A data center or facilities-related certification is preferred, and fluency in English is a must.
