Senior Vice President, Head of Credit Administration & Reporting, GWBGMTO

The Company is seeking a Head of Credit Administration and Reporting to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the department, ensuring credit compliance, and leading a team in credit administration and regulatory management reporting. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, project delivery, and championing service model and process improvement initiatives. The Head will also be involved in talent development, monitoring risk controls, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory provisions. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, with at least 12-15 years' experience in wholesale and retail lending, credit, treasury, and trade operational processes. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in managing a sizeable operation team, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives. Sound knowledge of lending, credit, treasury, and trade financing regulations, particularly those related to group regulatory and management reporting, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in database management, including Oracle skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
