Vice President, IT Project Manager Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, IT Project Manager to lead banking technology strategy, project execution, delivery, and cost management across subsidiaries and affiliates, aligning initiatives with head-office direction. The role will connect central and local teams on technology projects spanning corporate and wholesale banking, payments, treasury, and credit systems. Responsibilities include engaging stakeholders to assess business needs, demand, budgets, investment returns, and delivery plans, as well as reviewing project performance and operating costs. The successful candidate will manage project priorities and communications, report progress and incidents, ensure compliance with internal policies and local regulations, and conduct post-project evaluations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in IT or an equivalent qualification and at least eight years of experience in IT or banking. Required capabilities include gathering and analyzing business and technology requirements, mapping processes, and translating needs into Agile or waterfall delivery plans. Strong project management, analytical, communication, and return-on-investment evaluation skills are essential, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver to tight deadlines. Japanese and/or Bahasa language skills are an advantage.
