Vice President, Production Support Engineer & Site Reliability Engineering, Investment Management & Analytics, Technology Group Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead production support and site reliability engineering for its investment data and analytics platforms. The role owns L1/L2 support, service coverage, monitoring, and operational standards for data pipelines, ETL workflows, and analytics services. Responsibilities include leading major incident response and root-cause analysis, governing releases and security controls, and ensuring disaster recovery and business continuity readiness. The successful candidate will oversee pipeline reliability and data recovery, coordinate communications with business and technology stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement through automation, service reporting, and current operational documentation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience, and at least 12 years of hands-on production support or SRE experience, ideally with data platforms and analytics applications. They should have experience leading high-severity incidents and establishing problem, change, and release management practices in regulated or high-availability environments. Strong skills in Informatica, SQL, data warehousing, AWS, Kubernetes, monitoring and observability, and scripting with Python or Bash are required; experience with Databricks is highly preferred. Familiarity with databases and orchestration tools is valuable, while ITIL or SRE certification and experience applying AI tools to operations are additional advantages.
