Vice President, Production Support Engineer & SRE, Deal Process & Management, Technology Group Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead production support and site reliability engineering for a business-critical deal management platform. Responsibilities include overseeing L2/L3 support, establishing global coverage and escalation processes, and building team capability. The role leads monitoring, incident response, root-cause analysis, release governance, security, disaster recovery, and business continuity. It also coordinates communications with business and technology stakeholders, manages vendor performance, and drives service improvements through automation, operational reporting, and current documentation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent practical experience, and at least 12 years of hands-on production support or SRE experience. They should have a record of leading major incidents and establishing problem, change, and release practices in regulated or high-availability environments. Required technical experience includes AWS, Kubernetes, web applications, microservices, REST APIs, workflow platforms, observability tools, databases, and scripting; knowledge of security and compliance is also important. Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential, while ITIL or SRE certification and experience with private-market deal workflows or applied AI tools are advantageous.
