Vice President, Regional Implementation Manager, Global Transaction Banking Department GTBD, APAC Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Regional Implementation Manager for the APAC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting pre-implementation activities, leading end-to-end implementation projects, and ensuring successful project delivery that meets client requirements. This role involves close collaboration with sales, product, and various internal and external stakeholders to drive implementation outcomes. The candidate will also be expected to provide leadership and regional support, drive process improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulatory requirements. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7 years' experience in implementation, project management, or client onboarding within transaction banking or related areas. Strong technical skills are essential, including knowledge of ERP platforms, system integration frameworks, and expertise in APIs and digital connectivity solutions. The role requires a solid understanding of corporate banking systems, payment formats, and experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Professional certifications in project management or related areas are advantageous.
