Assistant Vice President, GFM-IB Structuring & Execution Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for GFM-IB Structuring and Execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end Greater China IB client coverage, including origination and coordination of product execution across ECM, DCM, and broader GFM opportunities. This role involves assisting in the management of cross-selling opportunities, preparing integrated client coverage materials, and supporting the development of various client ecosystems. The candidate will also be involved in transaction execution, pipeline management, and the development of GFM China+N opportunities. Applicants must have a Bachelor of Finance and/or accounting background, with at least 3-5 years' of relevant experience in investment banking capital markets, corporate banking, or Greater China client coverage. A genuine interest in fundamental analysis, financial statements, and valuation is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a good knowledge of Bloomberg. The role requires a team player with good communication and presentation skills, who is analytical, proactive, and self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn. Knowledge of the Greater China capital markets and corporate landscape is an advantage.
