Assistant Vice President, Technical Implementation Advisor, Group Wholesale Banking Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Technical Implementation Advisor with a focus on client working capital management solutions. The successful candidate will have independent end-to-end responsibility for the implementation process, serving as the primary interface with clients to establish products and services. This role requires a comprehensive consultative approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate all internal and external implementation activities to ensure a smooth client onboarding process. The Technical Implementation Advisor will also be involved in client management, sales, and RFP opportunities, and must be adept at escalation management with various stakeholders. Applicants for the Technical Implementation Advisor position at the company should have 3 to 4 years' experience in managing eChannels service implementations, with a preference for those who have worked with H2H, API, SWIFT, and eGIRO. Experience in eChannels, file integration, data mapping, and various payment/collection data across the Asia region is essential. The role demands a candidate who is familiar with ERP systems, detail-oriented, a team player, and capable of driving results to support business growth. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills are required, as is the ability to maintain effective working relationships and interact directly with clients and business partners.
