Associate Vice President, Fullstack Developer (Tech Lead) Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for a Fullstack Developer (Tech Lead) role within its Group Technology division. This strategic leadership position is pivotal in aligning business objectives with technology solutions, overseeing end-to-end project delivery, and driving efficiency, innovation, and stakeholder satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for business analysis, project management, leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities include partnering with business stakeholders to understand and translate their needs into technical requirements, leading the planning and execution of technology projects, and establishing governance frameworks for project tracking and compliance. Applicants must possess a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set, with a business-first mindset, and have expertise in technology platforms, digital transformation, and enterprise systems. The role requires a proven track record in project management methodologies, excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in technology projects, including at least 5 years in leadership roles. Certifications such as PMP, CBAP, or Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe) are highly desirable, along with a minimum of 6 years of working experience in Java, Microservices, Databased, App Server, Jboss, etc.
