Associate Vice President, Fund Accounting & Administration Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an experienced Associate Vice President for Fund Accounting and Administration within its Alternative Investment Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for client engagement, service delivery, management, and other related tasks. This role is pivotal in strengthening client relationships, managing client expectations, and ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of client deliverables. The AVP will also be involved in coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders, advising clients on accounting and reporting matters, and overseeing the quality of deliverables from offshore centers of excellence. Applicants should have a degree in accountancy, a professional accounting qualification, and at least 10 years' of accounting experience, with a focus on private equity and/or real estate funds. Strong knowledge of fund accounting, client relations, and team management skills are essential. The role requires a proactive, positive, and resourceful individual with problem-solving and technical skills to handle complex transactions. Familiarity with Investran and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced MS Excel skills, are viewed favorably. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of FRS/IFRS, and prior experience in process improvement and system implementation. The position demands a hands-on approach, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
