This role is pivotal in providing technical and business support to users, driving stability, and efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of production support experience, with a preference for those who have worked with reconciliation applications. Key technical skills include Unix/Linux, Shell scripting, monitoring tools, log aggregation tools, Oracle, Hadoop, Apache Spark, Hive, Starburst, middleware solutions, and programming languages such as Java. The role requires a professional with strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive approach to learning new technologies, and excellent communication skills. As a Senior Application Support Analyst, you will be part of a global team, working closely with colleagues in different regions to ensure 24/7 support of critical applications. The role demands a calm and analytical demeanor when dealing with major incidents and a focus on championing stability initiatives. The candidate should be adept at incident and problem management, with the ability to assess risk and impact and escalate appropriately.
