Executive Director, Precious Metals Trader Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to join its Precious Metals trading team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing bespoke derivatives to corporate and investor clients on a global scale. This includes quoting and risk managing a range of products such as OTC spot, forwards, swaps, and both vanilla and exotic options, as well as engaging in physical business in the gold, silver, platinum, and palladium markets. The role demands a strong focus on client relationships, strategic risk management, and the ability to make markets in various options. Collaboration with technology and quantitative research groups to enhance electronic capabilities is also a key aspect of the position. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years' experience in precious metals, FX, or other macro derivatives products. The role requires the ability to assess and understand risk, a comfort with options risk management, and a proven track record of interacting with major institutional or corporate commodity clients. The ideal candidate will be adept at working under pressure, operating at a senior level, and will have a strong, disciplined approach to the controls environment. A mature, team-oriented individual who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and is focused on meeting client needs is highly valued.
