Head of Information Security, APAC

The Company is seeking a Head of Information Security for the APAC region. This senior, hands-on leadership role is pivotal in shaping the regional security direction and ensuring the organization's security posture is robust in the face of a fast-evolving threat landscape and stringent regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end information security program, including setting priorities, conducting risk and control assessments, and leading incident response. Additionally, the role involves being the primary contact for security matters with regulators, auditors, and other external parties, as well as a trusted advisor to the leadership on security investments and priorities. Applicants must have a background in financial services, with substantial hands-on information security experience and a proven track record of leading teams across multiple markets. A strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulatory requirements in the Asia-Pacific region is essential. The role requires a professional with relevant security certifications, such as CISSP or CISM, who is a strong communicator and can effectively engage with both technical and business audiences. The Head of Information Security will also be responsible for building and leading a team of security professionals, making it a critical position for the company's security and risk management strategy.
