Head of Legal, Digital Infrastructure

The Company is in search of an experienced Head of Legal to oversee and lead all legal matters across its regional platform. The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with a strong background in one or more of the following areas: real estate, real assets/infrastructure, private equity, corporate M&A, or investment funds. The role is highly strategic and involves providing trusted business partnership and strategic legal advice on a wide range of complex transactions and commercial matters. Key responsibilities include advising on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and strategic investments, as well as supporting asset development projects, financing transactions, and corporate matters. The Head of Legal will also be responsible for managing external counsel, developing legal frameworks, and partnering with senior management on commercial and strategic initiatives. Applicants for the Head of Legal position at the company should have a proven track record in advising on complex cross-border transactions, be commercially minded, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a versatile lawyer who is comfortable with a broad range of legal, commercial, and operational matters. While not mandatory, prior in-house experience is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and pragmatic professional, able to balance strategic advisory responsibilities with hands-on execution, and will play a key role in the continued growth and expansion of the business in the Asia-Pacific region.
