Senior Vice President, Data & AI Governance Lead, UDO Office, Group Marketing & Communications Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Data & AI Governance Lead for its UDO Office within the Group Marketing & Communications function. This senior role is pivotal in driving the data and AI governance agenda to enhance the quality, accountability, and responsible use of data across all marketing and communications activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the data and AI governance strategy, operating model, and roadmap, with a focus on improving data management maturity, trust, and regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include establishing clear data ownership and stewardship, leading data quality improvement initiatives, and governing the responsible use of customer, marketing, and communication data, including AI and advanced analytics use cases. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in data governance, data management, data quality, data risk, marketing data, analytics, regulatory compliance, or related fields. The role requires a proven track record in leading marketing data governance or transformation initiatives, as well as experience in managing data generated across the marketing technology ecosystem. Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and control frameworks is essential, along with experience in enterprise data governance platforms. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services, digital businesses, consulting, technology, or other data-intensive industries, and possess professional certifications in data management, governance, risk, or related disciplines. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills are also a must, as the role involves partnering with senior stakeholders to drive governance outcomes and resolve enterprise-wide data challenges.
