Vice President, Business Analyst Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Business Solutioning team. The successful candidate will be a key liaison between business stakeholders, including business and operation managers and product owners, across various business units. The primary focus of this role is to elicit business initiatives and design end-to-end solutions for the Group Wealth Platform. To excel in this role, candidates must have at least 12 years of relevant experience in private banks, investment banks, asset management firms, or other financial institutions, with a strong background in wealth management. The role requires excellent front-to-back knowledge of investment and wealth management products, a good understanding of regulatory requirements, and the ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions. The Business Analyst will be responsible for solution design, requirements gathering, process analysis, and optimization, and must possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is preferred, and proficiency in IT solutioning processes is essential.
