Vice President, DevOps Technical Engineer, Server & Platform Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a VP, DevOps Technical Engineer with a focus on Server and Platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the engineering, architecture, and operational excellence of the organization's DevOps infrastructure platforms. This includes lifecycle management, reliability, security, and governance. The role demands a Technical Lead and Subject Matter Expert for all DevOps compute infrastructure, encompassing VM's, Linux servers, enterprise operating systems, cloud infrastructure, middleware platforms, and DevOps tooling. The VP will be at the forefront of designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-grade infrastructure, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring the availability, scalability, and performance of the platform services. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in Linux system administration, infrastructure engineering, or platform engineering, with a strong background in enterprise container platforms and cloud infrastructure. The role requires expertise in a range of technologies, including but not limited to, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, OpenShift, AWS, Azure, GCP, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, and Shell. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in security, risk, and governance, and be adept at leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and collaborating across various teams. The position is pivotal in driving the company's DevOps and automation strategies, and the candidate should be prepared to take on a leadership role in technical decision-making and standardization.
