Vice President, Fund Accounting Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Fund Accounting with a strong background in private credit. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely accounting services to private credit funds and their general partners. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and overseeing the training and development of staff. The Vice President will also be involved in strategic planning, process improvements, and the implementation of efficiency initiatives. Applicants should have a Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field, or be studying for a professional accounting qualification, and have at least 8 years' experience in fund administration, accounting, or audit, with a focus on private credit. A deep understanding of waterfall structures, modeling, and calculations is essential, as is a proven track record in delivering large-scale business and technology reengineering initiatives. The role requires knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, experience in financial statement preparation, and the ability to lead and motivate a team. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is necessary, and experience with private equity systems such as Investran or similar is highly desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail are also key requirements.
