Vice President, FX Derivatives Specialist Greater Singapore Area

The Company is seeking an experienced FX Derivatives Specialist to serve as a key link between product teams and clients, with a focus on the launch and growth of its FX OTC Derivatives capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth knowledge and support for a specific range of FX products, acting as a subject matter expert during the design, governance, implementation, and commercialization phases. This role involves close collaboration with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, and Sales teams to deliver tailored FX solutions for private banking clients, including advising on FX hedging, liquidity management, and execution across various FX products. Applicants should have 8-10 years' of experience in FX markets within private banking, wealth management, or institutional environments, and possess a strong understanding of FX products, pricing, execution, and trade lifecycle management. The role requires the ability to analyze market trends, regulatory requirements, and potential risks, and to communicate key findings to enhance product offerings. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of contributing to revenue growth, process improvements, and platform enhancement initiatives, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal governance. The position is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and demands a professional with a comprehensive understanding of risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital and technology skills.
